How do I schedule a business coaching session?
Step 1 Fill out our intake information with the basics about your business.
Step 2 Check your email to schedule a date and time with a certified business coach.
Step 3 Attend your coaching session at the scheduled time.
This intake process may take up to 10 minutes.
How much does a coaching session cost?
What happens at a business coaching appointment?
Before your coaching session, the intake information you provide will help your coach understand your concerns and bring solutions to your session. NDWBC asks that you be specific in documenting what you are experiencing in order to make the most of your appointment. You can upload documents and provide text to explain your goals. Sessions are directed by you the client and are grounded in a structure that provides clarity.

While your name and business information are confidential, intake data is collected for a wide range of purposes, including but not limited to:
Data is used to identify phenomena, discern trends, and foster relationships that enhance client outcomes. Through data, NDWBC can gauge and monitor performance, pinpoint areas for improvement, and track progress over time, thus enhancing its effectiveness in serving you. Data enables NDWBC to identify new opportunities, customize services, and craft effective solutions to prevailing business challenges.

Majority of business coachings are held in a virtual setting via Teams or Zoom. While we are a statewide organization with team members across North Dakota, we may be able to accommodate your request for an in-person meeting. Requests need to be made at least 2 weeks in advance. NDWBC expects business owners to take accountability for their business’ successes and failures at every stage. In most circumstances, NDWBC asks that you wait for the next opening in the schedule, though we recognize emergencies arise and you may need to talk to a business coach sooner.
