How do I schedule a business coaching session?

Step 1 Fill out our intake information with the basics about your business.

Step 2 Check your email to schedule a date and time with a certified business coach.

Step 3 Attend your coaching session at the scheduled time.

This intake process may take up to 10 minutes.

How much does a coaching session cost?

Our technical assistance sessions are 100% free thanks to our funding partners at the US Small Business Administration and the ND Department of Commerce. NDWBC is proud to partner with women business owners, equipping them with the information, resources, and connections they need to make informed decisions about their business.

What happens at a business coaching appointment?

Before your coaching session, the intake information you provide will help your coach understand your concerns and bring solutions to your session. NDWBC asks that you be specific in documenting what you are experiencing in order to make the most of your appointment. You can upload documents and provide text to explain your goals. Sessions are directed by you the client and are grounded in a structure that provides clarity.

My primary language is Spanish, how can you accommodate me?

Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals needing translation services or who have disabilities. Requests need to be made at least 2 weeks in advance. Please contact info@ctbnd.com to make your request.  

While your name and business information are confidential, intake data is collected for a wide range of purposes, including but not limited to:

Data is used to identify phenomena, discern trends, and foster relationships that enhance client outcomes. Through data, NDWBC can gauge and monitor performance, pinpoint areas for improvement, and track progress over time, thus enhancing its effectiveness in serving you. Data enables NDWBC to identify new opportunities, customize services, and craft effective solutions to prevailing business challenges.

I prefer an in-person meeting, will you accommodate this request?

Majority of business coachings are held in a virtual setting via Teams or Zoom. While we are a statewide organization with team members across North Dakota, we may be able to accommodate your request for an in-person meeting. Requests need to be made at least 2 weeks in advance. Please contact info@ctbnd.com to make your request.  

I need immediate business assistance. My business will need help before for the next available opening. Can NDWBC accommodate me?

NDWBC expects business owners to take accountability for their business’ successes and failures at every stage. In most circumstances, NDWBC asks that you wait for the next opening in the schedule, though we recognize emergencies arise and you may need to talk to a business coach sooner. What is your cancelation policy?

See your business coaching confirmation email or email us at info@ctbnd.com to cancel your appointment. NDWBC requests client cancel appointments within 24 hours of their sessions.
